Jack J. Gattenio, M.Ed. (Curriculum & Instruction), B.A. Anthropology, A.A., CST, CSCS, brings more than 40 years of lifting and coaching experience. He currently teaches in the Escambia County Public Schools District and is certified in K–6 General Education and 6–12 Social Sciences. Jack has coached baseball at both Pensacola High School and Escambia High School, and from 2015–2017 served as the strength and conditioning coach for the Foley High School baseball program.
Over the course of his career, Jack has trained adults and athletes from a wide range of sports and backgrounds. He began his lifting journey in 1985 at Terry Duncan’s Gold’s Gym in Ventura, California. A distinguished high school and collegiate football and track & field athlete, Jack also served in the United States Marine Corps and competed as an NPC bodybuilder. His lifelong commitment to strength, discipline, and education continues to shape his work as both a teacher and coach.
Alicia M. Gattenio holds a B.A. in Business/Economics from Flagler College and is a seasoned business professional currently working with Tanger Management LLC. Her career spans more than 20 years in the nonprofit sector, where she has developed deep expertise in financial forecasting and interpreting business and economic trends.
Alicia is known for her strong commitment to ethical business practices and her dedication to employee well-being. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating supportive, principled workplace environments while helping organizations make informed, strategic decisions in a constantly changing economy.

Casey J. Gattenio, B.A. History/Education, University of West Florida
Casey is a 2022 graduate pursuing his teaching/coaching career. Casey currently teaches for Escambia County School District and is a member of the baseball coaching staff at Spanish Fort High School. He played six seasons for Foley High School, ending his high school career as a 1st Team All-State 2nd baseman. Casey played for Coastal Alabama until transferring to UWF. While at UWF, he coached baseball for two seasons at Pensacola High School and one season at Washington High School. Casey is an excellent lifter and will help coach at our facility when the facility conducts lifting seminars for high school athletes.
Brooke K. Gattenio, Auburn University transfer, Pre-Health Biology, 2-year scholarship athlete, volleyball defensive specialist University of Mobile
Brooke has many awards under her belt! Graduating from Elberta High School's first graduating class, Brooke was nominated as the first Lady Warrior Award recipient. An award honoring the finest qualities of student/athlete performance. Brooke chose the University of Mobile specifically to capitalize on smaller classroom sizes in pursuit of her desire to be a surgeon. Brooke is also an excellent lifter and will help coach at our facility when the facility conducts lifting seminars for high school athletes.

Jack T. Gattenio, Elberta High School
Jack is an incoming freshman at the University of West Florida whose passion has transitioned from basketball to bodybuilding. Through consistent hard work and dedication to his goals, he has seen significant personal growth both in and out of the gym. Jack plans to study sports psychology at the University of West Florida, where he aims to combine his interest in the mind–body connection with his commitment to fitness and athletic performance.
