Paige is a United States Air Force veteran who spent her time in service as a F-15 Crew Chief, as well as a Physical Training Leader. She was in charge of keeping her flight crew in proper physical condition, ensuring they were prepared for anything that may come their way.
Today, Paige is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. She is applying her passion for health, fitness, and discipline, and giving it back to those who want to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
